We guide our clients through a series of design workshops, working in partnership to ensure that the business needs, culture and future occupancy requirements are captured by the intent of the design scheme. We also go through the cost assessment, budget overview as well as the design brief overview.
Confirm assessments, confirm design and scope of works with client.
Uneek will monitor project costs and procurement through the development of the design to ensure that the scheme reflects the client’s project budgets and critical dates for occupation.
We will assist with the landlord and local authority approvals, guiding our clients through the critical issues surrounding building management and statutory requirements.
Our Construction team will manage the delivery of the project through the construction phase to an agreed works programme. This will be monitored and reviewed on a day-by-day basis, ensuring that the predetermined time parameters for the completion of the project are achieved.
Uneek will take care of the final certification and technical accreditations required by the landlord and local authority by collating operating and maintenance manuals immediately, upon completion of the works.
Uneek will remain committed to providing ongoing service in the critical post occupation period and beyond, ensuring continuity of support during the lifecycle of the project.
